Learn more - sleep more - drop the SmartPhone

Want to enhance your learning capacity? Shut off your SmartPhone at least an hour before you go to bed to ensure you get enough sleep. This Business Insider video neatly explains why:



Research shows conclusively that a decent night's sleep improves learning and memory. But do we really need research to know this? The day after a poor night's sleep can be a challenge in a variety of ways, but particularly because it's often hard to concentrate and recall information. In addition, sleeping after learning helps cement it, allowing what you've learned to become long-term memories.
